YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE Course details - Course Name Level 1 (Yoga Instructor Course) Eligibility for course Beginners or those who are practicing yoga from few months or a year, or those who want to become a certified level 1 yoga instructor. Fees 11, 000 INR for Indian Citizens 20, 000 INR for Non-Indian Citizens Living 150 Yoga Academy, Study material, exam and certification included. Government exam fee is excluded. You will be paying that while applying for government exam on their website. Government Exam is Optional. Duration One month Daily 2 hours. Timing Morning 6 am to 7 am - Practical session Afternoon 4 pm to 5 pm - Theory session CONTENT OF THE COURSE Every aspect of yoga theory including many ancient yoga texts. Practical - Yoga Postures, Pranayama, Meditation, Cleansing practices (Detoxification practices), Yogic Diet, Yoga for stress management, Yoga for wellness and Yoga for various diseases. Study material will be provided by us. Syllabus syllabus is as per the government syllabus for level 1 with additional Asanas, kriyas from living 150 yoga. Syllabus includes Vast theory syllabus which includes gherand samhita, bhagwad geeta, patanjali yog sutras, hathayog pradeepika etc., practical syllabus and applied knowledge of every point in the syllabus. Yoga for wellness. Different Yogic practices like Yoga poses, Pranayama, Meditation etc, Concept of Yogic diet , Yogic Lifestyle, self management of excessive tension. etc are the contents of the course. Course conduction Course will be conducted via video conferencing . Theory one hour and practical one hour daily for 1 month. For practical aspect - asanas pranayama will be taught on video conferencing. And also respective video of the same will be shared with you on whatsapp group. When you practice it at home or teach the same to your family member record the video and share with our faculty. Which will be analyzed and improvisation will be done in your practice if needed.. Exam pattern Living 150 yoga academy theory exam will be conducted online. Pattern will be multiple choice questions. Practical and viva will be on video conferencing. Passing will be at 70 percent of total marks in theory as well as practical You will be also getting prepared for level 1 exam of yoga certification board of government of India during the respective level course. Various tests for preparation will be conducted. For government exam Level 1- yoga protocol instructor You need to apply online on www.yogacertificationboard.nic.in You can choose exam city and date available. Government exam fee is between 3 thousand and 5 thousand Indian rupees which you will be paying at the time when you apply for government exam after completion of living 150 yoga academy exam.
